I’m reaching out today to apologize for the delay in our U.S. deliveries.
We originally promised that orders would arrive by December 25th, but unfortunately, delivery is now expected to take longer than planned. I want to assure you that all orders will arrive before December 31st, 2025, and we are taking full responsibility to make sure this happens.
For those who needed the product specifically by Christmas, I’m truly sorry that we won’t be able to meet that date.If you choose to cancel your order because of this, we completely understand and will assist you right away. We know this was meant to be a Christmas gift you were looking forward to, and we deeply regret disappointing you due to our mistake. I want to sincerely apologize once again.
To thank those who are still willing to wait despite the delay, we will be providing store credit that can be used toward your next purchase.
As for the current status, all products have completed customs clearance for export and import and are now en route to our LA warehouse. After final packing, shipments are expected to begin on December 23rd or 24th . While delivery by the 25th is no longer possible, you should receive your order before the New Year.
As this is our first time shipping to the U.S., we acknowledge that there were areas where we fell short. We are taking this experience seriously and will prepare more thoroughly to prevent delays like this in the future.
